To track your progress, earn XP points, and save your learning library, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All content within NG Learn, including text, graphics, UI design, tutorials, and code examples, is the exclusive property of NetGram IT Solutions LLP. You may use this content for your personal learning. You may not scrape, republish, sell, or distribute our proprietary content without explicit written permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app lawfully. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the app, bypass security measures, or disrupt the learning experience for other users.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
